Nice unit, but it came in beat to death so badly I had to take screwdrivers and pry the bent metal frame back into semi original shape the bottom, both sides and back were bent badlyWorks great, only con is the timer only goes to 5 minutes which is fine for normal breads but frozen waffles and he like need extra time added so you will have to rewind the timerOn 5 minutes it toasts and browns the bread really wellThe timer is a mechanical type and sounds like the timer on a ticking time bomb?Otherwise we like it and Looks great,Gave three stars as for the damage and it had been returned before as it had been re-taped up from previous shipping event
