These Vanilla Beans were exactly what I was looking for to make homemade vanilla extract. My extract is 6 weeks in and I am so excited to try it out and give it away as gifts. The beans were super fragrant. I used the bean paste in a cheesecake and everyone thought the flavor was incredible. I plan to use the extract beans to make vanilla sugar when the extract is done brewing. Getting the most for my money, though you already get a lot.
