I was a bit skeptical that a pizza oven at this price range would be any good. I was surprised! Fit and finish is top notch, and very attractively designed. It didn't take long for the temps to reach max--maybe 15 minutes? Compare that to the kitchen oven even with a pizza steel--you could be waiting 45 minutes to over an hour, and then only to 500-550 degrees. This thing gets super hot! There's a simple temperature gauge on top that only has three symbols--wait until it reaches the flame symbol, and it's ready for pizza! My first batch of "test" pizzas all came out great and fast! But I know how to make Neapolitan style pizza from scratch. If you don't, there's no helpful recipe book to get you started. If you can't make a good pizza with this oven, then you need more practice!Assembly is really straight-forward. Even with carefully reading and following the guide, it's 20 minutes at most.As many reviewers have noted, while the guide mentions included accessories--a pizza peel and a turner spatula--they are not included. That's a little annoying, but they weren't likely very good, anyway. Given the reviews, I don't have any expectation that I will ever find spare parts for this or get support. The inside dimensions are a bit tight, even though the depth is comparable to your kitchen oven. My test pizzas were 11-12" each. I could see 13" pizzas as possible, but 14" pizzas are going to be tough. For me, it's because the height of the oven box is so low, it's difficult to angle the peel to lay the pizza precisely on the back edge like I can in my kitchen range oven. So it's really better for smaller pizzas.A few nits:-There is an allen wrench that's included. I have no idea what that is for, and the guide doesn't mention it at all.-Be careful with the propane tank hook up! This was the first time in my life of hooking up tanks that I somehow misthreaded it and/or tightened it improperly. Even though I thought it was tight, it was leaking. I tried again and the seal was good the second time. Double check your connection--it felt a bit flimsy to me.-The directions state that the screws for the bottom stone support bars have washers. They do not! It makes no structural difference, but I consider that bad QA.-There is a metal plaque that describes the starting procedures. Where does it go? Probably at the end of the chain hanging out on the right side, but there is nothing stating this. If that chain is not for that, then there doesn't seem to be any explanation of what that chain is for.All in all, this is a fantastic value, at a cost that you'll easily recoup, vs. others that cost 2-3x.
